Validity

1. These T&Cs are valid from 01.02.2024. These T&Cs replace all previous conditions and price lists.

Products

1. The images displayed on the online shop, in advertisements or catalogs illustrate the products offered for sale and do not constitute a contractual commitment. All data and illustrative photos should be understood as approximate values (dimensions, weight, accessories, packaging, description, etc.). In particular, capacities, vintages, labels, or packaging may differ from the actual products.
2. When a vintage is sold out, the next available vintage of the year is delivered instead.

4. Price changes, assortment changes, and technical modifications are reserved.
5. The price of syrups, beers, wines, and spirits is per unit. These types of items can be purchased individually (by the bottle, can, box, or carton).
6. The price of mineral drinks (excluding syrup) is per complete package. This type of items must be purchased by the complete pack (pack/case).

2. Chardonnens Group Shop Online cannot guarantee that the products presented will be available on the date of the order. Therefore, all information regarding availability and delivery times is provided without warranty and may be changed at any time without notice.
3. Chardonnens Group Shop Online will inform the customer in case of unavailability of a product.

Instructions

1. Empty deposit containers are taken back during the next delivery or in one of our stores at the deposit price in the same quantities as those delivered. They must be returned sorted. Any exceptional return of packaging (without the purchase of a full volume equivalent) must be subject to an agreement.

1. Chardonnens Group Shop Online reserves the right to modify prices at any time and without notice.
2. Technical modifications, errors, and printing mistakes are reserved, and Chardonnens Group Shop Online cannot be held responsible in the event of a computer bug altering the price of items or the conditions without its knowledge.
3. Offers on products are only valid as long as they are visible on the site and subject to available stock.
4. Delivery charges are added at the end of the order.

2. The price displayed at the end of the order is for reference only and should not be considered as it does not take into account the specifics and particular conditions of each client. The invoice with the correct amount is sent later by the billing department, once the delivery has been made.

Ordering

1. By placing an order on Chardonnens Group Shop Online, the customer accepts these terms and confirms that they are authorized to make the purchase. Chardonnens declines all responsibility in case of illegal activity.
2. Chardonnens Group Shop Online does not deliver parcels to PO boxes and does not deliver any goods to customers under the age of 16 or under guardianship, except with written permission from parents or guardians.
3. The sale of alcoholic beverages to young people under the age of 16 and the sale of spirits to minors under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited by law in Switzerland.
4. The order becomes definitive once the customer receives an order confirmation by email.
5. In the event of exceptional circumstances, including insolvency or erroneous information, Chardonnens reserves the right to refuse a customer's order.

Payment

1. The following payment methods are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Postfinance, and Twint.
2. Chardonnens Group Shop Online reserves the right, without being required to provide a reason, to refuse certain payment methods to a customer or to demand advance payment.

Delivery

1. The delivery of the order is carried out by us or by post depending on the quantities and/or the weight of the goods.
2. Delivery charges amount to CHF 15.- per order up to CHF 250.- of purchase. Beyond CHF 250.-, delivery is free.
3. The delivery times by us are 48 hours and 3 to 5 days if the delivery is made by post. The times are for guidance only. A delay in delivery cannot result in an order cancellation, nor a request for compensation.
4. 'On order' products may require an additional delivery time of about 15 days.
5. No deliveries are made on public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
6. At the time of delivery of the goods to the customer's home, the risks of theft, damage, etc. are transferred to the customer.
7. If the delivery cannot be distributed or if the customer refuses to accept the delivery, Chardonnens Group Shop Online has the right, after sending a reminder email to the customer and setting an appropriate deadline, to terminate the contract and to charge the customer for its expenses.

Click & Collect

1. En plus de l’expédition à votre domicile, vous pouvez choisir le retrait de vos produits dans nos magasins de Fétigny, Ste-Croix, Romont et Bulle et ainsi bénéficier d’un rabais de 5% sur la valeur liquide de la marchandise commandées (hors produits nets ou déjà en action).
2. The preparation time for your order is 24 hours. A delay in the docking cannot result in an order cancellation, nor a request for compensation.
3. Chardonnens Group Shop Online reserves the right to apply different prices on its online shop compared to the prices applied in its different stores.
4. Furthermore, benefits such as the accumulation of loyalty points are not applicable for orders placed via the online shop.

Right of return

1. Unless otherwise indicated, there is no right of return.
2. If the customer mistakenly orders goods, they are neither taken back nor refunded. For online purchases, there is no exchange nor refund for a bottle in case of corked wine.
3. If a billed item cannot be delivered, the corresponding amount is refunded to the customer. There is no new delivery, and the customer cannot claim damages and/or interest.

Complaints

1. The customer is required to check the delivered goods immediately upon receiving the delivery.
2. In accordance with the law, the customer is required to report without delay any defect or anomaly affecting the delivered goods to allow us to rectify it.
3. Returns to Chardonnens Group Shop Online are at the customer's expense and risk. The customer must send the merchandise in its original packaging, complete and accompanied by all its accessories as well as the delivery slip and a detailed description of the defects within 7 days after receiving the package to the address: Chardonnens Boissons SA, Rte de Payerne 22, 1532 Fétigny
4. If it appears during the inspection by the company that the merchandise has no verifiable defect or that the defect is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, Chardonnens Group Shop Online reserves the right to charge the customer for the inconvenience, reshipment, or possible disposal of the products.

1. The use of personal data related to the customer complies with the current legislation, notably the data protection law. These are treated confidentially and securely.
2. Our company processes and stores only the data necessary for the proper performance of its services and for billing them. The data are not transmitted to third parties.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

1. The applicable law is Swiss law, and any dispute will be handled by the District Court of Estavayer-le-Lac.
